BMAG was awarded Pomeroy's Business of the Year plaque at the Chamber of Commerce Banquet! ---Thank you for all of your support!
Blue Mountain Artisan Guild ( BMAG ) is a designated 501(c)3 nonprofit. We depend on donations, member dues, and show fees to operate. BMAG does not charge a commission on works sold. Our Guild is dedicated to promoting the arts for children, the handicapped, the elderly and anyone interested in fine arts. We offer classes and workshops periodically throughout the year and we present 6 two month long shows during the year. Children are always free for BMAG sponsored events. Children's classes are held during the summer. The Guild includes artisans from at least thirteen different mediums, which consist of leather-working, stained glass, metalwork, fabric art, woodworking, ceramics, weaving, photography, quilting, hand made jewelry, sculpture quilling, and painting in all mediums - oil, acrylics, watercolor, pastels, graphite, pen and ink, scratchboard, and mixed media.
All of us at the BMAG Art Center would like to thank the people of Pomeroy for another year in business. We would especially like to thank the members who sit the building everyday allowing us to remain open. Special thanks to the Shepherd Foundation and Gary Houser for their continued support of our building construction.
